Extremely quick delivery, product as described.

Fabulous service and products. I have only recently come across FR Jones. I was looking for a quality pressure washer, my research showed Stihl was a good brand, few merchants stock these. FR Jones does and it was good value, Stihl is not cheap but should be reliable. I have bought cheap before from a well known chain and that pressure washer lasted a few sessions - ough.
Ordering and service were outstanding. I ordered at 2 pm and the item was on my doorstep at 1pm the next day! Tracking information was excellent and frequent, from store to home. It felt I was in charge.
I will definitely be coming back. Well done Mr Jones. All the brands you stock are identifiable, rather than unknown brands that are often poor quality.
I normally check out any new company before ordering: 1) I phoned sales and they were on the ball answered my queries, 2) searched companies house for the sales figures and 3) on Google maps to see their operating site. All good.

A very quick service, very impressed with product.

Ordering was easy, website was easily navigable and the range of items is broad.
I needed to make a change to one order. This was dealt with by phone very easily and the revised item was despatched the next day.
I have 1 item outstanding and fr Jones have been very clear, communicating as to why there is a delay and also when delivery could be made. I was offered an alternative, but I decided to wait for the original item.

The order has arrived in time,I'm happy with the service.

What a great company to deal with. I called for product advice, which was given superbly. Ordered Stihl chainsaw with some extras and they all arrived promptly. Would thoroughly recommend - great price as well !

Had a large order and 2 items are still pending but am happy that they are being progressed and are only delayed due to Covid19 issues with the suppliers or import.
